These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Petmoji mobile application and its home screen widgets ("Petmoji," "the App," or "the Service"), operated by Hilo LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio ("Hilo," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Petmoji, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Petmoji. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. [If you decide to target children under 13, this section and your COPPA obligations change materially.]

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Petmoji for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by law;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

3. User Content

Petmoji allows you to add content such as pet names and photos ("User Content").

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App to you. [If photos are processed on-device only and never leave the device, you can narrow or remove this license grant. Confirm and I'll tighten it.]
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
