THE FLIGHT FITNESS SERVICE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, MEDICAL SERVICE, NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING SERVICE, OR SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE, DIETARY, MENTAL HEALTH, OR SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE. ALWAYS CONSULT A LICENSED PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM OR DIETARY CHANGE.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flight Fitness mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated as a joint venture between Flight Foods and Hilo LLC (collectively, "Flight Fitness," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service in any manner, you (a) acknowledge you have read and understood these Terms; (b) represent that you are at least 18 years of age; and (c) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Joint Venture Structure

Flight Fitness is a joint venture between Flight Foods and Hilo LLC. References to "Flight Fitness" include both entities, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and successors. All rights, protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, releases, and arbitration provisions in these Terms apply with equal force to both Flight Foods and Hilo LLC individually and jointly.

3. Description of the Service

The Service provides faith-integrated fitness and wellness content, which may include:

• AI-Generated Workout Plans: Exercise routines and training programs generated through artificial intelligence based on information you provide.
• AI-Generated Meal Plans: Suggested meals, recipes, and nutritional suggestions generated through artificial intelligence based on information you provide.
• Scripture Reflections: Devotional content, scripture quotations, prayers, and faith-based reflections, which may be human-authored, AI-generated, or a combination of both.
• Custom Coaching: One-on-one or group coaching, messaging, and personalized program adjustments delivered by individual coaches ("Coaches").
• Community Features: Forums, group chats, prayer requests, testimonies, and other social features.
• Tracking Tools: Tools to log workouts, meals, body metrics, mood, and spiritual practices.
