Flight Fitness ("we," "us," or "our") is a joint venture between Flight Foods and Hilo Media. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use the Flight Fitness mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: Name, email address, password, username, profile photo, and date of birth when you register.
• Health and Fitness Data: Height, weight, body measurements, fitness level, exercise history, dietary preferences, food allergies or intolerances, health goals, and any other health-related information you choose to enter.
• Faith and Devotional Data: Scripture preferences, devotional history, prayer requests, testimonies, and spiritual goals you submit through the Service.
• Coaching Communications: Messages, notes, photos, videos, and other content you share with Coaches through the Service.
• User Content: Posts, comments, forum activity, community interactions, and any other content you submit.
• Payment Information: Billing name, address, and payment card details. Note: full payment card numbers are processed directly by our third-party payment processor and are not stored by Flight Fitness.
• Communications: Emails, support requests, survey responses, and feedback you send us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Features accessed, pages visited, content viewed, time spent, actions taken, workout sessions started or completed, and meal plans opened.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, error logs, and crash reports.
• Location Data: General location inferred from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you expressly grant permission.
